A suture lift raises and tightens your facial skin. When the sutures are inserted, only small punctures are performed.
SILHOUETTE SOFT® uses Dr. Thomas Franke’s sutures in cases where a facelift is not yet desired or where the respect for an operation is still too great.
These self-dissolving surgical sutures have been designed for optimal definition of facial contours. They consist of absorbable polylactic acid and absorbable cones of L-lactide acid and glycol copolymer. The sutures are available in different lengths and can therefore be used optimally for different areas of the face.

The lifting effect ensures immediate but discreet results. The maxillofacial surgeon can thus define the affected areas directly during the treatment by contracting and lifting the tissue through the bi-directional and resorbable cones.
In the further transformation process, the natural collagen production is stimulated by the resorption of the suture material, the polylactic acid, and thus the treatment area is further improved.
The procedure is normally performed under local anesthesia. A light sedation is of course also possible. You should then be collected from us.
Dr. Thomas Franke, an experienced specialist in facial surgery, has been carrying out aesthetic facial corrections for many years. The prerequisite for outstanding results in this demanding field is the constant pursuit of perfection.
